• Supports production in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing equipment downtime to ensure maximum output • Works closely with Production and Engineering to monitor equipment status and performance • Address problems using the appropriate troubleshooting and repair techniques • Documents all repairs and the appropriate adjustments made • Assess the equipment’s performance and repair history and work with engineers to plan a preventative maintenance schedule as well as work on equipment upgrades as appropriate

• Certified on MES, SAP and Agile • Can set-up and operate automated manufacturing equipment • Understands and adhere to safety policies and practices • Follows Dry Room Procedures • Follows documentation procedure (filling out Data History Records (DHRs), reading and understanding instructions from Work Release (WR), Planned Deviation Report (PDR) or Non-Conformance Report (NCR) • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manufacturing Work Instructions. • Maintains cleanroom standards, practices, and housekeeping according to standard operating procedures • Cleans and maintains equipment and work area • Able to use tools such as microscopes, tweezers, and other hand-held tools • Performs in-process inspection of components and assemblies to verify quality conformance. • Recognizes any minor issues from the equipment and any affiliated documentations and take appropriate corrective action within scope. Notify Supervisors and Leads of issues and discrepancies immediately • Reports causes of process and/or documentation errors and assist or coordinate resolutions. • Performs several Manufacturing operations proficiently • Follows acceptance criteria for equipment yield and efficiency • Monitor machines and informs Supervisor and Lead of problems • Reports to Manufacturing Engineering group explaining any downtime problems/issues • Review DHRs • Prepare and verify materials to be used as issued to work orders

• Can set-up transistor & diode production machines (die bond, wire bond, molding) • Conducts regular Preventive Maintenance (PM) on wire bond machines • Understand general theory of wire bonding • Can troubleshoot and make machine parameter adjustments to successfully complete wire bond operation • Able to perform basic wire bond programs • Conducts regular Preventive Maintenance (PM) on die bond machines • Understand die bonding principles • Conducts die bond handling unit and die bond sending unit overhaul and restoration • Conducts regular Preventive Maintenance (PM) on mold machines • Ensures quality of mold before and after conducting PM on mold dies • Understand aspects of the injection molding process • Conducts mold machine restoration (replacement of oil leaking press cylinders, plunger cylinders, hydraulic motors, hoses, valves and faulty pneumatic cylinders) • Can replace servo motors • Has knowledge on Keyence and Omron sensor troubleshooting • Proficient in using hand tools (wrench, pliers, screw drivers, tweezers, etc.) • Has knowledge on using Voltmeters, Ammeters and Multimeters • Works in an ESD controlled environment wearing a bunny suit • Coordinates with machine vendors • Implement/Support mechanical improvements initiated by mother company, other factories, other departments and managements • Undertake evaluations/investigations related to customer claims, in-house claims and technical improvements • Perform other task that may be deemed necessary by the management as need arises
