I am a proud alumna of the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business, graduating summa cum laude, with a passion for creating seamless experiences—whether through event planning, recruiting coordination, or candidate relationship management. My expertise lies in managing logistics for large-scale events, fostering meaningful partnerships, and optimizing processes to achieve operational excellence. Throughout my career, I have honed my ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, build relationships, and deliver exceptional results in fast-paced environments. From planning hallmark events that boost engagement to executing innovative marketing strategies that drive retention and revenue growth, I thrive on finding creative solutions to complex challenges. Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Suite, and a variety of other systems, I bring both technical and strategic skills to the table. I am particularly passionate about community building, team leadership, and elevating brand visibility through collaboration and thoughtful execution. Outside of work, I dedicate time to volunteer initiatives, such as organizing educational activities for children, and enjoy staying active through indoor cycling and pilates.
