Enterprise Singapore Society (EnterpriseSG Society) is about the ex-employees of ENTERPRISE SINGAPORE (EnterpriseSG), INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISE SINGAPORE (IE), SPRING SINGAPORE (SPRING) and SINGAPORE TRADE DEVELOPMENT BOARD (TDB), all of whom have taken different pathways to be entrepreneurs, incubators, futurists, senior management working at local SMEs and MNCs, professors teaching at universities, amongst others. Even though these members are in different lives’ directions, they retained the same mission of continuously adding value to the development of Singapore based enterprises and indirectly building Singapore economy.

Responsible for strengthening BIPO’s corporate and international relations, expanding BIPO’s international network and promoting international cooperation.

As China's gateway to Asean, Guangxi plays a key role in the development of the (New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor under the Chongqing Connectivity Initiative). CSILP being the founding member of the China-Asean Multimodal Transport Alliance, will bring Asean countries into the China-Singapore Nanning International Logistics Park. The alliance, which includes representatives from the 10 Asean countries, the logistics park and the Asean Federation of Forwarders Association, aims to boost multi-lateral trade by strengthening the logistics and supply chain industry in Guangxi.

Over a decade with Enterprise Singapore, I partnered closely with Trade Associations & Chambers, SME Centres, and regional stakeholders to drive the internationalization and capability development of Singapore enterprises. • As Regional Director & Chief Representative of the Singapore–Shandong Business Council (Qingdao), I strengthened bilateral economic ties and supported Singapore companies in entering Shandong, Shanxi, and Henan. I also served as secretariat to the business council co-chaired by the Shandong Vice Governor and a Singaporean Minister. • As Centre Director in Guangzhou, I established networks across southern China, including Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Guizhou, Hainan, and the Hong Kong–Macau SARs, to help Singapore businesses expand their footprint. • Earlier, as Senior Manager, I worked with SMEs to craft market entry and export strategies across Asia, Europe, and the Pacific, connecting them with global trade agencies and partners. • During the COVID-19 pandemic, I developed digital outreach and webinar strategies to continue engaging and supporting Singapore companies remotely. This journey deepened my experience in international business development, government-to-business partnerships, and cross-border collaboration, particularly within China’s key economic regions.

Set up the representative office in Vietnam and actively recruiting students for Singapore campus. In addition, took on the S.E.A regional business development role whereby I kickstarted marketing activities in Indonesia, Malaysia and Cambodia.

Lead a team of consultants to recruit students to study in Australia, Singapore and Asia Pacific.
