Started working on IT/Non-IT/Domestic recruitment with remote job.

I am open to take up new Projects as Startup Generalist, HR Generalist, Learning and Development Co-Ordinator, Junior Soft Skills online and Offline Trainer.

I am a one-woman army handled the whole L & D. Sourcing trainers and onboarding training. I had started my role as Career Advisor and served that role for first 6 months (Nov 2021 - April 2022) sourced fully qualified CAs and CMAs for Hire-To-Deploy model in Talent Development for our client requirement and on-boarded 5. And simultaneously worked in a role of HR associate TAT, on-boarded a company to collab with us for staffing IBP, ABAP resources for our client projects and I have supported the resources with their Escalations with timesheets and their Asset provided by client company. I was also a LinkedIn Account Manager, was handling with A-To-Z job postings and responses, sharing the data with our team. I have on-boarded a trainer for corporate training requirement Oracle Fusion Financials from our client LTI. I have co-ordinated the training also. I have created 100+ trainers Database. I have on-boarded 3 trainers with corporate training requirement from our clients LTI and KPMG. I have worked as L&D coordinator and co-ordinated 7 + trainings online, bridging client and trainer requirements and handling if any technical issues by bridging IT Admin with trainer. Sharing recorded sessions with participants and collecting feedback from participants and client and creating Feedback analysis report.

Primary and Pre-primary Tutor, Spoken English trainer for ladies. Successful run as Self-employed in online tutoring

English Teacher for 1st grade to 5th grade. I had to handle with parent student counselling, Adoption calling, fee collection, Art & Craft, and exhibition preparation and many more. Every alternative Friday, had to plan an event for students. and followed by preparation. Arrange practice sheets by hand for students' daily homework and pre-exam preparations. Served for 6 months. Due to pandemic, they put me on hold for 4 months with No-pay.

It was a new start up Play school, Day care, Tuition Point. Served as a Startup Generalist, All-in-one Manager for whole play school, Day care and Tuition Point along with Extra-curriculum activities.

My 1st job in my career. I had to compromise with my career after graduated my PG MBA(HR) in DE due to family issues and sole person to manage home and kids. I had to manage all three classes at a time Day care, Play school and Nursery. Hindi Practice for pre-primary classes.

Project topic: HR duties and responsibilities in school. In Geetanjali Olympiad Primary School. Worked as a facilitator there as well and very successful with my Innovative methodologies.
