- Introducing wealth solutions to assist customers in meeting financial needs - Aid customers in the managing and optimizing of their bank accounts and finances - Pursue leads and potential customers to expand services and products offered

- Upsell and cross-sell wealth solutions to assist clients in meeting their financial objectives - Provide financial advice in areas such as income protection, child education, and retirement planning - Follow up with clients on a regular basis to re-evaluate their current situation and future goals - Gather new leads through roadshows, street prospecting, and cold calling

- Use of SolidWorks and 3D printers to create specific car parts such as door frame and mounts - Use of Reverse Engineering to reveal the design of donor car parts and making improvements on them to fit the intended design - Assisted in assembling of car parts in the workshop where hands-on skills are greatly used

- Presented to General Manager of the company, explaining the ideas and plans the team had come up with, with regards to the Product Transfer project - Heavily involved in Product Transfer and Lean Transformation projects where conditions such as allocation of manpower and other resources were being studied - Use of Kaizen and Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) principles to improve current cell operations to increase efficiency and produce better results - Conducted feasibility study for cell re-layout project to analyse the effectiveness of a new cell design

- Led the launch and production operations where products are officially handed over to customers and launched at the intended locations - Performed product design modifications of the electrical parts of the vending machine - Assisted in the design and development of future hardware such as different types of vending machines and robot waiter - Tested prototypes via trial and error to make improvements on them

A 4-weeks intensive hands-on program, coupled with live projects and real world work experience in collaboration with up-and-rising partner startups. This immersive course has equipped me with vital knowledge on how to thrive in any startup.
