I currently have about 18yrs in IT. I would be considered a jack-of-all-trades as I have experience dealing with Tier 1 to Tier 3 level of complexities. I think outside the box and have excel at any role I have been presented with even onces I only previously had some understanding of. I am highly skilled in troubleshooting and provide excellent customer service to users relating to their issues. As a System/Network Administrator I have the experience and knowledge to build or troubleshoot servers and network related issues. I have experience with VMs, Citrix, DFS, AD, ADFS, switches, backups, firewalls, VPN and Microsoft Exchange(hosted and on-prem) to name a few. I also have Project Management skills which I have used to complete some projects like Windows 10 migrations, O365 migrations and Mobile Device Management(MDM) implementations.
