Provide Human Resources consulting services to small and mid-size marketing, tourism and medical device manufacturing companies. Clients include Moocho.com, Campbell Engineering and Parasportique Cancun.

• Recruited management staff in Market Research, Council Relations, Trade Shows and Media Publishing. Saved over $125,000 in agency fees by utilizing LinkedIn and extensive network of contacts to source top-notch candidates. • Introduced and managed 360 Degree Review process for all employees. Result was improved communication within and between departments; individual development plans for employee training and a 30% improvement in customer service ratings. • Developed and presented organization wide training programs for Harassment Prevention and Customer Service Excellence.

• Managed conversion of 401(k) retirement plan to a new provider. Implemented new plan features including automatic enrollment and goal management accounts. Result was a 15% increase in enrollment, improved service and variety of funds. • Managed provider change for company health and supplemental insurance programs. Hired new global benefits broker and saved over $1.3M in quoted premium renewals. • Negotiated contract and managed implementation of ADP eTime, an automated timekeeping system. Reduced payroll processing time by 25% and introduced HR reporting tools to assist in business planning and tracking workforce development. • Developed Total Compensation communication program to educate employees on the overall value of their pay and benefits. Positive employee response to personalized statements showing company contributions to compensation and benefits programs.
