• Directly reports to Procurement Manager and Deputy Plant Manager of Material Management for any procurement issues. • Handles five (5) buyers in their daily job routine. Collects and reviews data about daily material status for production. Attends the daily production meeting and reviews highlighted shortages for coming 2 weeks production plan. All shortages to feedback to concerned buyers and check material availability from suppliers. • Weekly review highlighted critical items (covers 1 month period) with buyers and suppliers. Check material availability and highlight to manager/headquarter any items which are hard to push. • Weekly monitors slow-moving inventories and open orders of buyers which also add up to company liability. If buyers are having a hard time to push, directly negotiate with supplier and coordinates with headquarters for best solution for disposition. • Mediator and helps push transactions to be closed for any pending issues on buyer side. Reviews and evaluates reasons for delays in transactions (such as: receiving, delivery, charge costs). • Act as WePP/Systems administrator on buyer functions in systems applications. Do the tests on all changes/modifications done in systems used in daily operation. Feedback and gives results to MIS for action. Assist all buyers if any system problem is encountered. • Responsible in updating the Procurement Handbook for any changes. • Responsible in training the new comers in the team.

• Plan, analyze, execute and monitor production plans and schedules to meet customer’s orders and delivery of goods. • Locate, evaluate and develop sources of materials, supplies and services that the company requires. To ensure good working relations with these sources with matters to quality, delivery, costs, services and exchange of returns. • Provide suppliers the updated weekly and monthly forecasts as well as shipping instructions. • Follow-up pending deliveries and transactions. • Monitors inventory to improve accuracy and prevent excess and obsolete. • Generate and review MRP/ERP/FP/Simulation and Impromptu (Oracle-client) tool and reports necessary to carry out prescribed tasks in material planning, forecasting and controlling customer’s products. • Coordinate for materials expediting and logistics arrangements. • In-charge for key component items such as Nand Flash, chipsets, Maskrom, PCB and passive components such as Connector, resistor, MOSFET, Diodes, XTAL, XTOR
