Key Responsibilities: • Developed and maintained frontend features using React and TypeScript, incorporating strong typing and state management practices. • Built backend services in Node.js, leveraging GraphQL to streamline data exchange between frontend and backend. • Designed complex MongoDB aggregation pipelines to aggregate, enrich, and transform data across multiple collections. • Deployed microservice-based APIs using AWS CDK and CloudFormation, with each stack structured as an independent service. • Utilized AWS Lambda for lightweight API operations and Step Functions to orchestrate multi-stage workflows. • Maintained a Dockerized media server on an EC2 instance deployed via ECS, handling video, image, and file uploads. • Built an internal app to trigger GitHub Actions and manage deployment of microservices, improving deployment efficiency. • Created a reusable document builder to simplify the creation and maintenance of OpenAPI specifications for all APIs. • Independently developed a tool to track GitHub pull requests across repositories, surfacing pending reviews in a single dashboard using GitHub’s REST and GraphQL APIs.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintained and monitored Linux-based systems across both on-premise and AWS environments, ensuring platform stability and uptime. • Developed and maintained Splunk dashboards using SPL to monitor system health, proactively detect anomalies, and support incident response. • Created automation scripts in Python to streamline routine operational tasks and reduce manual intervention. • Regularly SSH-ed into remote servers to investigate system issues, perform health checks, and apply fixes, contributing to faster incident resolution times. • Utilized Ansible for configuration management and deployment automation within our AWS servers • Contributed to the development and maintenance of an internal Angular-based web application. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve platform performance and reliability through log analysis, system tuning, and monitoring enhancements. • Gained exposure to Cribl for log data routing and enrichment into Splunk, developing an understanding of its role in optimizing observability pipelines.
