Responsible for the entire business operations in South China. Overall management, growth & profitability including finance, HR, sales & marketing, after-sales service, business development, key accounts, operations and supply chain management, brand management, PR and employee motivation. Led financial turnaround for operations at near-zero profitability（both E-commerce & business clients) and built strong leadership team. Regained market share of the top end markets and introduced new cost-effective solutions that enabled expansion into additional high-potential markets.

Fully take in charge of group strategy management and execution; formulate and supervise business units to implement business management plan in order to achieve the group target. As a representative of the group to establish and maintain public relations with government institutions, social groups, media and partners. As a member and secretary-general of group’s decision committee, coordinate the group decision-makers to attend the monthly decision meeting.

Establish company hierarchy and human resources. Lead activities in Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Public Relations. Manage company's high-end private club, actively expand and maintain public relations.

Maintain good relationship with government. Promote luxury product line to targeted customer in South China Area. Develop group customer to achieve the annual target.

Implement marketing strategy in South China Area. Develop customer relationship with key accounts. Provide training to internal and external.

Support Education Marketing team and UWIC partners, reinforce service-oriented sales concept to maximize sales. Maintain China Education Market Intelligence System.
