* Manage client’s marketing campaigns on advertised coffee cups, from inception to performing proof of postings. * Responsibilities: *  Prepare booking forms/ contracts & invoices for advertised coffee cup marketing campaigns. *  Prepare sales collateral for a client who is to participate in advertised coffee cup campaign. *  Act as a primary contact for all enquiries concerning campaign performance and delivery *  Primary contact for all enquiries concerning campaign participants, from reordering to obtaining new customers. *  Act as Production Manager, receiving creatives for the manufacturing of advertised coffee cups to forwarding onto manufacturers to produce cups, then onto 3rd party logistics for distribution into market. *  Liaise with suppliers to distribute advertising material from manufacturers into market. *  Prepare and perform proof of posting reports. *  Assist in production of the Eat Media, media kit that demonstrates key marketing analytics and demographics for use in National Sales Managers sales presentations.
