Leaving school early to follow her dreams to be a photographer was just the beginning of Renee Napthali’s go-getting career. With a flair for approaching things a little differently to her peers she quickly discovered the importance of understanding business in order to be successful. Renee grew up living and breathing caravans with her parents running several caravanning businesses over the years. She knew she had something more to give to the industry. With big plans and even bigger dreams, Renee launched an online store, selling caravan accessories to customers of the Caravan Repair Centre and the rest of Australia. She learnt quickly that this loyal demographic was always on the road and needed a company to rely on to get parts and accessories out to them in times where they couldn’t pop in. So just like that, CaravanRVCamping.com.au was born. After a successful couple of years in the initial phases of the business Renee realised she had even bigger things in mind. While catching up with a girlfriend one day, she had an aha! moment. With her family behind her and her children as a source of inspiration for success, she set out to create a brand of local custom designed and built touring and commercial caravans. Say hello to Adamas Caravans (www.adamascaravans.com.au). With the recent launch of Adamas, this working mother of two is more focussed than ever. Her goal is to keep both commercial vintage caravans and the touring vans custom built and always local. Renee is driven and ready to share her love for travel and caravanning to people of all ages – especially fellow millennials and looks forward to seeing where this journey will take her in the future.
