About
With over two decades of experience in Human Resources and a robust academic foundation, I am passionate about shaping the future of work through strategic HR leadership, change management, diversity & inclusion, and industrial psychology. My recent focus has been on the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence in HR—leveraging emerging technologies to drive predictive workforce planning, intelligent talent acquisition, and personalized employee experiences. I advocate for a business-integrated HR model, where HR leaders serve as strategic partners rather than transactional administrators. This philosophy is reflected in my leadership style, mentoring approach, and ability to align people strategies with broader organizational goals. My career spans local and international markets, enriched by diverse cultural perspectives and executive-level influence (EXCO and MANCO). I’ve led large-scale change initiatives, operational efficiency programs, and organizational restructures across JSE- and NYSE-listed companies, co Key strengths include: • AI-powered HR strategy: Integrating machine learning and data analytics into workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement. • Global HR leadership: Experience across USA, UK, India, Australia, Singapore, and the African Union. • Cross-industry expertise: Medical, BPO, Fishing, Banking, Insurance, and Liquor sectors. • Strategic communication: Translating complex strategies into actionable insights across varied audiences and stakeholder groups. I am committed to future-proofing HR by embedding digital fluency and AI literacy into every layer of the employee lifecycle. My goal is to continue driving innovation, inclusivity, and resilience in the evolving world of work.
