My role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to: » Manage end-to-end international talent acquisition processes for multiple roles (QA, Software Engineering, Data, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, Marketing, Finance, Operations) following the best practices in an unbiased way; » Create diverse talent pipelines using sourcing best practices with advanced boolean searches in LinkedIn Recruiter, Stackoverflow, GitHub, CSE, etc. » Be an active talent evangeliser, doing justice to the established "bar for talent" and matching the talent pipelines with the internal talent; » Build and nurture a trust-based partnership with hiring managers; » Inspire creativity on processes that will improve candidate engagement, attraction, and acquisition; » Be an advisor based on accurate data and market knowledge, and foster meaningful partnerships with stakeholders and potential candidates.

Celfocus is a high-tech system integrator, providing professional services focused on creating business value through Analytics and Cognitive solutions. As part of the new talent acquisition team in Porto my role is: » Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
