As co-founder of VOX EPOWER, I lead the development and implementation of innovative charging solutions for electric vehicles and eVTOLs. My responsibilities include driving commercial strategy, establishing investor partnerships, and managing electrical infrastructure projects that support the advancement of electric mobility. We focus on developing proprietary technologies that facilitate the transition to sustainable transportation, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and high performance across all stages of implementation.

As co-founder of Clavis Engenharia, I was responsible for structuring and developing the company, leading projects in civil construction, electrical engineering, and infrastructure. I managed teams, oversaw technical planning and project execution, and delivered customized solutions focused on innovation, efficiency, and high-quality results across all project stages.

I worked as an instructor in technical courses, teaching in the following areas: Entrepreneurship: development of entrepreneurial skills, business model design, strategic planning, and innovation. Renewable Energy: fundamentals of renewable sources (solar, wind, biomass), system sizing, and practical applications in the energy transition. Electrical System Protection: principles of electrical protection, protection devices, and coordination and selectivity in medium- and low-voltage systems. I consistently focused on connecting theory with real-world practice, helping students engage with market realities and encouraging the application of knowledge through real and innovative projects.

I worked at VOX Projetos Elétricos developing and leading projects for hospitals, large industries, large businesses and high-end developments. In addition, I provided project management consultancy, ensuring efficiency, compliance and innovation in the electrical sector.

Founder of Verli Soluções Elétricas, my first entrepreneurial venture and where I took my first professional steps in the electrical field. At Verli, I worked directly with electrical installations, CCTV systems, and electrical project development, handling everything from customer service to planning, execution, and final delivery of solutions. This period was essential for developing technical expertise, responsibility, and the ability to transform customer needs into safe and effective solutions.

I worked at Light S.A. in the inspection and standardization of overhead and underground electrical distribution networks. During this period, I built solid experience in managing power distribution infrastructure, ensuring technical compliance, operational efficiency, and the implementation of improvements to enhance system performance. I was also responsible for coordinating a field team, taking on leadership duties early in my career.

As an intern at RioLuz, I worked on developing public lighting projects using AutoCAD, as well as performing detailed electrical surveys. My contribution involved supporting the preparation of technical projects, ensuring the efficiency and compliance of lighting installations, as well as improving the city's electrical infrastructure.

Enrolled in the MBA Essentials program to strengthen foundational business and management skills, including leadership, strategy, finance, and operations. Focused on applying practical business knowledge to drive organizational growth and innovation.

Completed both secondary education and a technical program focused on electrical systems, power distribution, and applied engineering practices. Developed solid technical and analytical skills through hands-on training and laboratory experience.
