With a combination of marketing and technology, my challenges are to deploy and develop new sales and relationship channels, while efficiently integrating them – whether they're mobile, desktop, physical store or third parties. I've been responsible and acted with clients such as: Whirlpool, Carrefour, Casino, Decatlhon, Grupo Boticário, Sony, Kroton, Nestlé, Sem Parar, Cacau Show, and others. The next years will be guided by the integration of channels, expectations, products, stuff, people, companies, countries... and my challenge is to support this movement towards omnichannel.
