• Formed accounting department for corporate travel division • Created process improvement procedures and sought software enhancements that resulted in over $1K of savings each month. Managed systems analysis and programming activities to establish and implement new and upgraded systems and programs for 18 dealerships. Designed full detail GL uploads of each companies information to allow for a full fiscal years worth of data to be imported into the new system as well as vendor, customer and contact import of data from the old accounting systems. Worked with other information technologies areas to develop policies and procedures that help to resolve technical problems.
