Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Sourcing: Lead the identification, evaluation, and selection of suppliers to ensure alignment with company objectives, optimizing quality, cost and delivery performance. - Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring long-term partnerships that deliver value to the organisation. - Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favourable terms and conditions for contracts focusing on cost savings,quality assurance and risk mitigation. - Cost Optimization: Analyze procurement data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities, driving continuous improvement in procurement practices. - Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that procurement activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements and industry standards, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. - Cross- functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including finance, operations and logistics, to align procurement strategies with overall business goals and operational needs. - Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve procurement processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times. - Suppliers Performance Monitoring: Evaluate suppliers performance through regular assessment and audits ensuring compliance with contracts and service level agreements.
