Responsible for developing and monitoring of the bank’s internal AML procedures and policies in relating to record keeping, reporting, risk assessment, customer due diligence measures, and anagement of control systems in accordance with the AML Laws and Regulations and align policies and procedures to changes in the regulatory landscape to improve level of compliance to the Anti- Money Laundering Laws, guidelines, and regulations.

● Business Systems Support ● Deactivation/Activation of users on and back from leave or other reasons specified in the Bank policies and guidelines ● Support the day to day operations of the Core Banking Systems and execute various maintenance on the Core Banking Systems ● Participate in developing, implementing and maintaining Core Banking applications; ● Provide technical support to all staff bank-wide ● Carry out Checks, monitor and follow up all the system errors, escalation of situations to consultants through tokens and have them resolved in line with the ICT policies and guidelines. ● In charge of new Users’ creation in the Core Banking Systems. ● Applying changes in all Core Banking Applications including integration of third-party systems with the Core Banking application. ● Analyzing issues raised by users and providing support. ● Carry out user acceptance tests

● Perform system administration on all Data Centre Systems in line with ICT policies and guidelines ● Check, monitor and follow up all the system errors and have them resolved in line with the ICT policies and guidelines. ● Liaise and follow up with service providers for outsourcing preventive maintenance ● Participate in the review of existing technical procedures of the Core banking systems in line with bank policy making sure that all activity lies within existing defined procedures. ● Perform Data Center Administration (DCA) activities, system performance, data validity/availability/ accessibility and monitor Data Centre/other IT division operations in general ● Perform preventive maintenance of DCA in line with the activity plan and ICT Policy ● Prepare and maintain IT Network in line with the DR Plan and ICT Policy ● Prepare periodic reports on operations of the Data Center ● Grant user rights access to Profits Core Banking System ● Provide technical support to all staff bank wide with ICT policies and guidelines. ● Verify data for consistency at the end of month, before and after end of day processes. ● Participate in training where need arises ● Standing in for the Supervisor while on leave

● Supervise all systems in the Data Centre including consultants’ services and system environments ● Supervise the updating of all Bank Transactions through Batch Processing and subsequent Data verification after the update ● Provide technical support and guidance to the Data Centre Administrators and other staff in line with the operational guidelines ● Supervise Data backup and Restoration ● Perform Data Centre Administration activities, system performance, data validity/availability/accessibility and monitor DataCentre24/7

● Install, configure, maintain and carryout inventory of Bank Hardware, software in line with the bank IT policy, operations guidelines and best practice. ● Maintain workstations and IT equipment through system diagnosis, preventive maintenance and upgrade of systems in line with bank’s IT Policy and operations guidelines ● Maintain system security, manage and monitor user access rights in line with the bank's IT policy and operations guidelines. ● Carry out Branch File/Database Server Management, routine backup and maintenance in line with the bank’s IT policy and Operations guidelines. ● Monitor Network Performance and Troubleshoot system problems i.e. detect, diagnose, and repair problems."
