Together with our partners Yunex, Ascendi O&M, and A-to-Be, we have won the European tender for electronic toll collection in the Netherlands, launched by RDW, We will be implementing and managing a nationwide satellite-based truck tolling system starting in July 2026.

Motilion is part of Inkubis and the Cronos Groep, both companies with a rich and broad technology base. Together they are totalling over 650 companies and 9.000 'colleagues'.

Carrying responsibility for the P&L of the SaaS business line where we enable several brands with a SaaS platform allowing them to both serve B2B as the B2C markets with full-range Mobility As A Service (MaaS) offerings. Leading a team of around 25 professionals getting the platform and customer satisfaction at the next level and scale up to reach the following plateau of success. Achievements: ✓ Sales and onboarding of several large accounts. ✓ Lead the ISO 27001 readiness and certification process. ✓ Put 24-7-365 platform support in place. ✓ Connected several partners to the platform both Transport Operators as supporting service providers. ✓ Strengthened the team with several new recruits.

After playing a leading role in the sale of BNV Mobility to ICT Group I led the integration of an ICT Group team and of a trip planning platform. Within this new entity under the name 'Turnn' I took on responsibility for the newly formed development team. Achievements: ✓ Successful integration of the different development teams. ✓ Successful integration and transformation of the trip planner. ✓ Initiated and led the build of own billing facility.

Took on the transformation of the company from rush-hour avoidance projects to a mobility services model. Initially with a Usage Base Insurance 'MyJini' end-to-end service. End of 2016 switching over to starting the 'Turnn' Mobility As A Service platform where I headed the platform development and operations. Achievements: ✓ Design, build, run of the MyJini UBI platform comprising several tech stacks like OutSystems, MongoDB. ✓ Design, build, run of the Turnn Mobility-as-a-Service platform (Startup). ✓ Built the dev team to scale-up readiness. ✓ Managing an evolving product roadmap. ✓ Supporting sales in developing new business opportunities.

Seconded, as an Egis Projects employee, to BNV Mobility to serve on the board of directors in the role of CTO. Achievements: ✓ Built, ran and managed the BNV Mobility technology stack ✓ Supported the win of Egis Projects Amsterdam on the street parking tender. ✓ Presented achievements, lessons and challenges to group meetings in Paris HQ. ✓ Exported framework for Ireland mobile parking services 'startup'

Led the sales team for the Traffic division.

Headed the new business creation of the company towards servitisation and cooperative ITS systems. Led the tender team and the sales for projects.

Accounts responsible for the high tech accounts in the business unit 'Product Related and Embedded Software Solutions'.
