Currently leading the management and development of the B2B Ecommerce platform in Mexico, ensuring its operability, security, and alignment with both local and global technological and commercial strategies. I also manage web projects focused on process optimization, task automation, and improving outcomes in key areas such as Marketing, Automotive and Industrial Sales, HR, Plants, and Distribution Centers. I work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective digital solutions. Additionally, I’ve coordinated the migration of our digital solutions to a global environment, ensuring compliance with international standards while addressing local market needs, thus promoting a comprehensive and cohesive digital transformation between regional and corporate teams.

Led the development and analysis of the Service Management System, the company’s operational core, designed to handle simultaneous transactions and integrated with banking institutions such as Santander and Bancomer. Collaborated with various departments to optimize internal processes and led end-to-end projects, from planning to technical oversight of the development team. I also founded and structured the internal development department in under six months, participating in talent selection with HR and successfully eliminating the need for external vendors, significantly improving efficiency and technological autonomy.

Simultaneously developed multiple digital projects, addressing and resolving complex technical challenges with efficiency and precision. Delivered innovative, high-impact solutions for key clients such as AXA, Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma, Kimberly-Clark, Mead Johnson, Nestlé, and Reckitt Benckiser, helping strengthen their digital presence and achieve strategic goals.

Responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the Movistar Mexico website, Wunderman’s most significant account. My work included developing functional modules, fixing security vulnerabilities, and managing the integrity of files containing sensitive customer data nationwide, ensuring compliance with high standards of quality and data protection.

The Master’s program integrates technology strategy with business strategy, aligning production and service functions with marketing, finance, systems thinking, business model development, intellectual property, economics, leadership and decision-making, project management, and systems engineering, among other disciplines.
