I am officially a  volunteer of the Radical variety! For those who are interested in volunteering too, @Radical Recruit are looking for volunteers with recruitment skills to help prepare their Radicals (aka: candidates) for work. They are a not-for-profit recruitment consultancy helping people who are under-represented in the labour market to find jobs that they love. Their Radicals are typically people who are young, BAME, homeless, returned veterans, domestic violence survivors, care leavers, prison leavers and people with a disability. Brought onboard to build out the KFC perm Digital Tech team. I worked on streamlining the recruitment process, improving inclusivity within the process and diversity within the team, direct sourcing and interviewer training aimed at technology. Recruited internationally for Palantir to aid non-US office expansion.

I was brought in to head up the recruitment for LBi for Dubai but this soon expanded across our APAC region looking after the recruitment of 5 offices in Mumbai, Dubai, Singapore, Shanghai and Sydney.
