Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production planning for 2 production plant and manage to guide the whole production plant including store, production and material control by myself from October to December 2023. Monitor performance of team members and using SMART method to create monthly KPI for team members. Leading two production team of total 204 workers and material control team which successfully accomplish 4 big project which bring profits of more than RM3 million. Successfully develop the SOP for production and material control team for daily task and build a more productive team. Successfully develop 2 software to monitor the shipment materials which improve the work efficiency by 70%. Successfully reduce the downtime of production from 20hours per month to 9hours per month and cooperate with engineering team to reduce the cycle time of the production from 60s per unit to 35s per unit. Successfully improved the product on time delivery rate from 40% to 85%. Successfully utilise the labor and improve the labor efficiency by 20%.

- Perform design and develop commercial refrigeration product for different country market include europe and asian - Perform project planning and scheduling with 10 project onhand. - Successfully conduct more than 80 meeting and 10 project planning among department to work as a team. - liase with customer and supplier to ensure good product quality and cost. - Successfully to accomplish at least 5 cost down task per year and help company to save for more than RM100k per year. - Monitor performance of 2 technician and perform team motivation using 7 habits, OGSM, PREP, SMART method etc. - Successfully self learned and build a refrigeration selection software using visual studio for the ease of customer and own department. - Successfully self learned excel Vba and build for more than 3 excel Vba program to improve the work efficiency of the department.
