Manage procurement activities to ensure material supply aligns with manufacturing needs. In the global team, we work closely with suppliers and support sites on materials incoming by utilizing various supply chain tools and SAP system. - Managing the execution of PR and PO by using SAP, ensure on-time delivery to support production. - Coordinate with planning, warehouse, engineers and production team to ensure the sufficiency of material supply. - Communicate with local and also international suppliers (Taiwan, China, Korea, Singapore, Asia, Europe and etc) to resolve cost discrepancies, shortages supply, quality issues and etc. - Utilize Kinaxis (Supply Chain planning tool) to proactively act to material shortages and demand changes. - Monitor suppliers performance and provide timely follow up to ensure on time delivery. - Resolve incoming quality issues by working with engineers to ensure material stock is ready for production usage. - Review and execute quarterly cost and sourcing changes to make sure data align with management decisions.
