• Currently serving students at Dorsa Elementary in San Jose through accelerating academic progress, advancing interpersonal and workforce readiness skills, and partnering with teachers to increase classroom productivity. • Hold After School Activity Coordinator to manage communications across AmeriCorps members with over 40 families for extended learning time and execute incentives to increase student tutoring attendance.

Trained in clinical psychology Therapy Coding, listened to recordings of therapy sessions, noting content and techniques utilized by therapists on the 4KEEPS project. Received CITI Certification & Good Clinical Practice Trainings. Participated in meetings with Post-Doctorate fellows and provided administrative support to lab staff.

Conducted research and provided editorial assistance for publication of policy briefs for 2018 SPSSI Conference. Updated website and social media accounts with new marketing materials. Represented SPSSI at the Brookings Institutions Conference: "Evidence-based policy: How is it faring in the Trump era"

Conducted research on America’s Civic Health Index at the national, state, & local levels. Gathered research on the Law of the Sea & marine protected areas. Supported other key projects, including addressing the High School Dropout Challenge in the remaining 800 low-performing high schools, improving educational outcomes for homeless students, and working to increase civilian national service opportunities for youth 18-28 years old through the Service Year Alliance.
