Audited the technical side of the network with the objective of minimising fraud and loss Achievements in this role: • Halted revenue leakage of about 300K USD monthly by identifying time difference in billing equipment • Enforced documented signed off procedures for product launch or price changes before going to market • Identified fraudulent setups of products for international transit and saved company 400K USD.
