Reeya Vadher

I am a soon-to-be graduate from Loyola University Chicago, passionate about corporate finance, investment research, and strategic problem-solving. Over the past few years, I have gained hands-on experience in corporate strategy, financial analysis, and market research through internships and extracurricular projects. Currently, I am a Corporate Finance & Strategy Intern at Boston Consulting Group, where I support cross-functional initiatives, build performance dashboards, and create executive-level analyses to inform business strategy. Previously, as an Advisor at The Steele Group, I managed commercial real estate portfolios, conducted in-depth market analyses, and designed investment strategies tailored to client goals. Through my involvement with the Rambler Investment Fund and the Women’s Investment & Networking Accelerator (WINA), I have applied financial modeling, valuation techniques, and industry research to evaluate investment opportunities. Notably, I developed a valuation-driven investment thesis on a healthcare/pharmaceutical company, presenting key insights to industry professionals and alumni. I thrive in environments where I am challenged and can continue learning, and I am driven by intellectual curiosity, analytical problem-solving, and collaboration. I am always looking to connect with professionals in the industry to learn about their experiences and learn from their insights.
