While Chair, the ACC Legal Operations group launched the industry first, Legal Operations Maturity Model and Foundational Toolkit and Webinar Series. This is a pivotal period for legal operations professionals and it was fun to lead the group during this time. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with the very talented staff at ACC and the rest of the ACC Legal Operations Steering Committee. This has been a great opportunity and amazing experience which I will not forget.

Oversaw the daily operations of Law, Compliance and Public Policy, including strategic planning, budgeting and financial reporting, financial analysis and controls, recruitment and on-boarding of new personnel, IT services, facilities and equipment, vendor (outside counsel, etc.) management and procurement.

Provide strategic direction and project leadership for government and global corporate legal departments. Work with organizations to improve the management of the legal and compliance department. Focus is typically on operations improvement, outside counsel management, efficiency and effective management of legal and regulatory risks. Help companies assess, plan and implement successful legal strategies and solutions to drive practice improvement and cost effective knowledge management in support of legal and regulatory processes. Regularly work with a number of technology solutions including Mitratech TeamConnect, Bridgeway eCounsel and LawManager, CT TyMetrix T360 and DataCert Corporate Legal Desktop (CLD), PassPort and AIMS. Assist companies in the development of compliance departments to proactively address legal and regulatory challenges.

Lead client focused services group responsible for delivering legal solutions to fortune 250 clients. Responsible for pre-sales and post-sales client engagement definition and delivery including resource allocation, services pricing development, presentation, delivery and ultimately acceptance.

Managed the Southern New Jersey claims office responsible for delivering property and casualty claims, commercial claims, workers' compensation claims and risk services to insurance companies and self-insured entities.
