I cut my teeth in the enterprise sales world. I got to see under the hood at number of SAAS and high-growth startups and how they built their sales organizations. In 2018, I saw a gap in creative/digital e-commerce agency space. Most of the companies at the time were built on referrals and word of mouth. "What would happen if a client services company developed sophisticated offer and sales process?" From that, Brand Yak was born. We offered mainly Shopify and Shopify+ product quiz solutions, speed optimization, and funnel building in order to see conversation rate boosts. Sure enough, I built the sales process but didn't have as much fun on the operations. Brand Yak was acquired in Q1 of 2021. Now I get to help digital agencies find their most profitable segments by landing them as many deals as they can possibly handle. I believe sales must always be about generating tremendous upfront value. At Meeting Pair, it's our mission to make outreach genuine and meaningful.
