I have extensive experience in transactions involving various corporate and commercial laws, primarily, private equity/venture capital fund investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate restructuring advisory. In my earlier stints at few leading law firms in India, I have been a member of the corporate team and have been actively involved in carrying out due diligence of targets, drafting, negotiating and closing transaction documents. I have advised and assisted PE/VC funds and also advised companies in fund raising and other corporate restructuring activities. Currently, I am part of the M & A team at Flipkart and play a vital role in structuring, strategizing and documenting the company's acquisitions and strategic and financial investments.
