AP | AR | GL Accountant / Treasury Support Accounts Payable (AP) -Registering purchase invoices, vendor entitlements, and advance payments -Reviewing, reconciling, and analyzing vendor accounts -Preparing accounting entries for vendor entitlements and payments -Maintaining and updating supplier master data and registering new vendors -Following up on purchase orders, received quantities, and outstanding balances -Preparing vendor, purchase, and payment reports -Managing petty cash and related reconciliations -Ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time -Handling vendor inquiries and resolving discrepancies Accounts Receivable (AR) -Issuing and recording customer sales invoices -Managing monthly and quarterly customer confirmations and reconciliations -Reconciling AR sub-ledger with the General Ledger -Following up on collections and outstanding receivables General Ledger (GL) -Preparing and posting journal entries -Reconciling GL and balance sheet accounts -Performing month-end and year-end closing activities -Supporting financial statements and audit requirements Treasury & Other Duties -Participating in cash flow forecasting and payment scheduling -Finalizing month-end settlements for service orders, sales orders, and projects -Coordinating with management and requisitioners for approvals and clarifications

- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, PO, invoices, statements, etc. - Monitor company expenditures - Maintain petty cash - Pay vendors and service providers correctly - Analyze accounts and Prepare reports - Payroll
