Currently working within the Domestic Tourism sector, supporting Local Trade Management and the development of domestic tourism products and offerings. Manage stakeholder engagement and collaborate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and Destination Management Organizations (DMOs) to establish strategic partnerships and develop tourism offers. Support cross-functional coordination with industry partners to deliver initiatives aligned with the Saudi Tourism Authority’s domestic tourism objectives.

Contributed to the preparation and analysis of strategic reports aimed at enhancing the visitor journey across all 12 stages, supporting the continuous improvement of the tourism experience. Supported the development and enhancement of visitor experiences through research, analysis, and actionable recommendations. Developed a comprehensive internal database that serves as a key reference for tourism experience development initiatives across the organization.

Working in Prince Sultan bin Salman’s private lounge, welcoming official guests, managing entry procedures, coordinating with departments, escorting visitors, and handling VIPs with professionalism and confidentiality.

Studied a full academic course in Protocol and Hospitality, covering official event etiquette, VIP guest reception, cultural communication, and international protocol standards. Developed practical understanding of professional hospitality practices applied within tourism and event environments.

Worked in two roles—concierge and protocol—welcoming VIPs, providing personalized support, managing guest flow, and handling data entry, contributing to a high-end, professional experience.
