Reed Weinberg

I’m a commercial real estate professional with deep roots in the Louisville, Kentucky market. I work across Capital Markets, Investment Sales, and Multifamily platforms, and also represent buyers and sellers of owner-occupant properties. My work spans the full Louisville market and includes experience across all major commercial asset classes, including multifamily, land, office, and retail. I focus on providing thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and careful execution throughout each phase of a transaction so clients can make well-informed decisions with confidence.As a lifelong Louisvillian, I’m actively involved in both the real estate industry and the broader community. I’ve been recognized twice as Multifamily Broker of the Year by the Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance (KCREA) and was inducted into the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Journal’s Hall of Fame in 2015. Outside of my professional work, I serve on the Board of Trustees of The Jewish Heritage Fund and as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for The Meredith-Dunn School, an independent school dedicated to supporting children with learning differences.
