As a Crewhawk I work within the University of Iowa Athletic Facilities. As a Crewhawk I work in a team setting where communication and ability to get along with others is very important. We help set up and tear down all the athletic facilities so we are prepared to have successful game-days and events.

Travel to PGA events all throughout Iowa and western Illinois Enforce USGA rules at tournaments Advise players to establish an efficient pace of play Announce the rules to players and parents prior to teeing off Use of BlueGolf software to process membership and tournament registrations Update player of the year standings after each tournament Assemble and mail packets for individual players after registration Build trophies and place stickers on medals leading up to tournament Provide quality customer service to members/parents

· Participated in a 3-credit experiential learning course involving projects for the Chicago Blackhawks · Performed extensive market research, including through Nielsen Scarborough and meetings with executives at peer organizations, to respond to questions and develop innovative business strategies for the Blackhawks · Developed and presented research and recommendations to enhance the Blackhawks organization’s online retail marketing strategies and better serve the Generation Z Demographic consumers

As a cart attendant I made sure the carts were cleaned, prepared and setup for golfers before their tee times.

As a youth sports instructor I was in charge of teaching sports classes to young kids. This job helped me grow my patience and increases my communication skills. I took on the role of a coach, mentor, teacher, and friend to the kids. I had the responsibility to run the class however I wanted it to be ran because I was oftentimes the only instructor.

As a festivals team member I worked to help set up and run the various festivals put on throughout the year in Cedarburg Wisconsin. During the events It was our job to make sure everything was running smoothly and efficiently. When the festivals had concluded it was our job to make sure everything was torn down and the city was back to normal.
