As Marketing Manager at TENAX Automotive, I manage the brand’s growth in the Turkish market end-to-end, working with limited resources and a developing dealer network.I am responsible for the entire marketing process, from budget planning and management to brand positioning; from advertising strategies and agency coordination to content production and digital campaigns. At the same time, I work closely with dealers, supporting local marketing activities and helping improve their performance through guidance and training.I approach marketing not only as a visibility function, but as a direct driver of sales. In this context, I focus on identifying gaps between lead generation and sales conversion, and building a more efficient structure.During my time in this role:Achieved approximately 144% growth in salesExpanded the dealer network by 25%Increased brand awareness by 50–60% in a short periodGenerated over 40,000 customer leads through digital channels in 2025I also manage all corporate communication with ODMD and actively lead the implementation process of the Dealer Management System (DMS) to strengthen the company’s operational infrastructure.In addition, I provide marketing support and strategic input for international markets including Czech Republic, Serbia, Saudi Arabia, and Vietnam.My goal is to build a sustainable marketing and growth structure that not only generates demand, but also converts it into sales.
