Pursue process improvement/lean productivity initiatives in Asia Pacific Finance. Analyze business performance measures, utilize benchmarking and best practice information. Manage the consolidation, standardization and optimization of accounting activities into regional Finance and Global Finance Organization. Project Experience : Global Process Transformation implementation for 4 releases (Manufacturing sites for Singapore and China) and Sales office for 10 countries (includes South East Asia, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, India, Australia and New Zealand) from August 2011 till July 2014. Act as Finance functional readiness manager to lead changes including process, system, and organization alignment for all Finance functions in Asia Pacific countries. Major activities listed below: - Managed the team of 12 sub streams for Asia Finance (includes General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivables, T&E, Fixed Asset, Tax, FP&A, FP&A Reporting, Cost Accounting, SSB, CSM & ETO). Put team together to identify statutory gaps & resolution, manage changes and cutover activities. - Facilitated the cross streams changes with stakeholders/Business Process Owners on business process decision, identified financial risk and execute the change implementation through Business Integration and Change Workshop. - Well engaged the Finance stakeholders and conduct timely status update throughout the entire GPT implementation - Ensured all Finance training were properly arranged for all Finance Super Users and End Users community (included T&E, Fixed Asset request, Invoice payment, etc.) - Consolidated and documented all the common practice in order to leverage for other release for Finance stream

Oversight the IT Project Management Office (PMO) for project delivery in Asia Pacific. Ensure all IT project leaders continue to seek for improvement on project deliverable quality and performance. Managed the IT Governance for Asia Pacific region, work with all Business Leaders and Asia Pacific Presidents which ensure all requests are handle in a timely and professional manner with solid business justification and ROI (includes hard/soft saving evaluation).

Overlooking the whole IT infrastructure, provide recommendation, design, implementation, operations, review and maintenance of effective IT business solutions to support business strategies of all Reebok Brands' (Reebok, Rockport, Greg Norman, Ralph Lauren, Polo Sports, On-field) footwear and apparel operations in all business areas in Asia Pacific namely China, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Japan, Korea and Taiwan (15 offices) and distributors (9 countries).
