As a compliance professional in the VET sector I have a demonstrated ability to develop innovative, systematic and robust compliance and quality frameworks which: * Leverage compliance requirements to add value to the business and its clients, * Consistently improve product and service quality and process maturity, * Support the needs of students and respond to industry * Are integrated into the businesses existing functions, * Support the businesses strategic objectives and commercial interests, * Incorporate a risk aware approach to compliance, * Build the capability of staff and the RTO’s collective knowledge. In addition to my experience working in compliance, training and RTO management in small-medium, corporate and not-for-profit environments, I spent 18 months working as a Lead Compliance Auditor for ASQA working with some truly knowledgeable auditors in a completely ‘perspective changing’ experience which provided me with the great privilege of seeing, first hand, the inner workings, resources and outcomes of over 50 RTO’s.
