recruiting coordinator
georgetown university
As the Recruiting Coordinator, I was responsible for supporting the on- and off-campus recruiting programs offered by the Cawley Career Education Center at Georgetown University. This work cultivated and strengthened the relationship between employers and Georgetown to provide opportunities for current students and alumni. These efforts served to educate students and equip them with the skills necessary for lifelong career development. One such program included On-Campus Interviewing (OCI), giving students the opportunity to apply for positions to be interviewed for on campus. Throughout the course of the academic year, I led over forty workshops to prepare students to successfully navigate the OCI process. Additionally, I scheduled the logistics of all company presentations, workshops, and interviews involved with this program to ensure they were carried out properly. Outside of my role on the Recruitment Team, I served as an employment advisor and led one-on-one advising sessions with students from all of Georgetown's four undergraduate schools and graduate students.
