In my role at BECA, I am dedicated to steering the company's digital transformation strategy. With a focus on growth in digital advisory and services, I utilise my extensive expertise to support BECA's future in Australia. My responsibilities include driving business strategy and fostering collaboration across teams to enhance digital offerings.

In March 2021, Digital Node joined Aurecon, bringing market leading digital transformation and BIM capability to its people, clients and projects. Aurecon is an engineering, design and advisory company that brings ideas to life to design a better future. My role with Aurecon is to support the organisation on a number of fronts including future skills, capability and capacity and support internally for diversity and inclusion.

Digital Node is a Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Digital Consultancy offering BIM and Digital Engineering (DE) expertise to a variety of differing clients and projects around the world. The expert technical knowledge, strong understanding of BIM Standards and our project experience makes us the most appropriate to support clients on their digital journey. The company was established to inform, train and educate varying client and consulting teams on technical and strategic implementation methods surrounding BIM. Digital Node work with clients across the world including the UK, Australia, China and Canada. We also work with varying government groups to inform education and training requirements in BIM and Digital construction methods.

I joined DMA where my focus was innovation and technology and ensuring the practice was enabled in digital processes. I have a strong digital background with progressive business ideas and thought leadership methods and therefore this aligned closely to the role here. I worked with the team and partners to ensure that the practice remained at the leading edge of technology, developing the most intelligent solutions for DMA clients. Whilst doing so I will ensured the practice was always up to speed with the latest BIM processes and protocols and ensure DMA remain competitive and agile as technology shifts and develops.

I was employed full time for KSS Architects in London as a Technical Associate and BIM specialist. Having worked on a variety of projects I then moved on to manage BIM and Revit Implementation and training through the office and was a valued and prominent part of the organisation. I always ensured the practice was permanently up to date with industry standards and training and complete understanding of the BIM integration across projects. I was a strong Revit training support across the office floor and provided support which continously aided in productivity on a variety of projects.

Having been empolyed for my technical abilities and strong CAD management background I worked with HOK International in the retail sector for the period of time I was employed with the firm. I managed the process on a variety of projects within the office and was an integral part in the development of schematic design proposals on various projects. Having worked closely with a number of leading retail professional architects I managed to gain extensive experience in retail based projects and travelled abroad to speak to clients and consultant teams to ensure the projects were permanently supported.

Graduate Architect for HASSELL in Adelaide. Main responsibilities include design development, planning submissions and construction drawing packages as well as advanced AutoCAD development and structure within the firm. I was also lucky enough to travel to a number of HASSELL offices in Australia including Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide. If it weren't for my strong desire to travel I would have retained a higher position and maintained presence in the organisation as a whole.
