• Management and drafting of immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions before USCIS, including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, I-130, I-485, I-765, among others; • Writing legal and supporting documents for immigration cases, such as recommendation letters, professional plans, and letters of intent; • Development of Business Plans for petitioners; • Creation of successful immigration strategies for cases like EB-2 NIW, demonstrating the national relevance and impact of the petitioner's activities; • Case follow-up from the initial client contact to the NVC (National Visa Center) and consular stages; • Document translation, comprehensive deadline management, and document organization; • Participation in meetings to define strategies and provide support to petitioners regarding questions and related needs.

• Judicial and extrajudicial advocacy in the areas of contracts, civil law, international law, consumer law, family law, and business law; • Drafting legal documents, monitoring cases, and providing legal consultancy; • Client assistance, information gathering, and case development; • Conducting legal research and analyzing case law applicable to each situation.
