Specifically headhunted to set up and develop a fully functioning HR department in conjunction with the HR Manager where no previous department had existed before Oversaw HR processes required for all members of staff that fluctuated between 40 and 120 personnel Drew upon resilience and adeptness at dealing with change during the opening of a US office of 50 staff and the opening and swift closing of an office in Romania consisting of 60 staff Implemented all global HR processes across the US, Singapore, Romania and Australia including payroll, benefits, employee relations and employee engagement while supporting the HR Manager and CFO Key Achievement: Built up and put in place all HR and administrative processes from scratch from a newly developed recruitment process to an off boarding process for each of the regions
