* Was responsible for maintaining and improving effective commercial support for airlines in Eastern Europe. * Matrix managed the local field staff responsible for tertiary airlines. * Managed relationships with the airlines’ distribution management teams, as well as senior managers at HQ. * Responsible for ensuring effective relationship management. * Responsible for ensuring that issues and opportunities were addressed and resolved. * Identified opportunities for both traditional and new business channels. * Worked closely with new start up airlines and low cost airlines. * Worked on renewing new airline contract agreements.

* Managed GDS relationship with one of the largest multinational travel agencies, Carlson Wagonlit. * Responsible for the commercial contract, incentive provision and renewal of contract. * Managed one member of staff who was responsible for providing the technical support to the agency on a global basis. * Worked closely with in house teams managing all relevant procedures on a global basis, providing streamlined implementation of strategies. * Maintained senior level relationships at customer HQ level and reported directly to the Global Accounts Director. * Regular board meetings held across Europe with local customer offices and local field offices ensuring excellent relationships at all levels.
