I am a natural light, journalistic style photographer based out of the Greater Seattle area. To me photography is about capturing a experience and a moment, not making the moment or experience about capturing the image. Details are my favorite. The shoes, the rings, the hand holding and the subtle glances between loved ones.

Working to run a team of people to provide outstanding customer service while producing an excellent product and memorable experience while encouraging team morale and a productive work environment.

Worked for the non-profit organization and directly under the director of the Communications department, David Domke and advisor Florangela Davila. Organized and did marketing for a workshop for The International Documentary Challenge as well as headed up a team and created a documentary for the Doc Challenge. Shot photos for the “After Dark” blog, as well as photography for news assignments. Scanned the P.I.’s photo archives, captioned/tagged images and edited them in preparation for putting them online. Interned with PI’s photographer Josh Trujillo and assisted him on assignments.

The job entailed working with the children’s ministry for the summer. It involved planning a week long Day Camp, planning weekly youth activities, creating teaching schedules using MS Excel and arranging for teachers, as well as teaching. Also, creating fliers for each event. Directed a week long Day Camp & have been Children’s choir director for three consecutive years.

Major contributor to an online arts and culture website called In:Site for the Communications department of the University of Washington. Helped to build the website, created the logo, made multiple fliers, wrote articles, shot and edited video and photography

Published numerous articles and photographs for both print and online local newspapers as well as composition of website content.
