Political and credit risk insurance with an offering that included CEND (Confiscation, Expropriation, Nationalisation & Deprivation), CCP (Comprehensive Contractors Plant), contract frustration and trade credit, including non-payment and non-delivery by public and private obligors. It also included exchange transfer, non-honouring of documentary letters of credit and the wrongful calling of on-demand bonds.

Financial Solutions - Political and Credit Risk Insurance - Banks and ECAs Primarily focused on advising Investment Bank clients seeking to utilise credit insurance as a risk mitigant under Basel III, as well as Political Risk Insurance to relieve internal country/ obligor limits. Working to achieve competitive placement of risks in both the London market and internationally, and negotiating policy wordings that satisfied the Basel III requirement for unconditionality.
