Organic Strategy Manager (SEO), North America @ Square
About
Hey there! I'm Becca and I was most recently an Organic Strategy (SEO) Manager at Square. I've been an SEO for almost 8 years now, both in-house and at an agency. Prior to SEO, my experience includes more general marketing, project management, legislative editing, and program management during my time in AmeriCorps. When I'm not working, I spend my time running, mountain biking, reading, gardening, and chasing around my toddler.

During my time as a Marketing Assistant at NDG Communications, I was heavily involved in project management and client communications. Each month, I was in charge of creating a detailed Google Analytics report that went over the previous month's data. Program Manager of Social Enterprise
Rockville, MD
As an AmeriCorps VISTA, I served as the Program Manager of Social Enterprise for Madison Fields and the Madison House Autism Foundation. Madison Fields is a 400 acre farm given to the Madison House Autism Foundation to serve the autistic community. The farm offers therapeutic riding, boarding, and employment for adults with autism. Under my position, I led inclusive programming for adults with special needs, designing and managing weekly skill-building initiatives, including a farm-based vocational program, while supervising volunteers, maintaining program compliance, and supporting participants with diverse communication and behavioral needs. I was responsible for online marketing and sales, event planning, community outreach, fundraising, and social media. I wrote articles for both the Madison Fields website and the Madison House Autism Foundation's blog, including an interview series named 'Autism Gurus'. I gained front desk experience, as well as experience conducting interviews and reaching out to experts in the autism community. I learned a great deal about non-profit organizations and made lasting connections during my time as an AmeriCorps VISTA.
