Il détermine les espaces exploitables de la ville dans le cadre de 117 nouveaux projets estimés à $32,810 milliards qui comprend les routes, chemin de fer, transport fluvial, BRT, sécurité routière, système de gestion de traffic. Ainsi que des projets liés tel que le développement des nouvelles cités ou pôles économiques. En tant que Coordonnatrice du Conseil de Coordination du PDTK sous tutel du ministères des Travaux Publics et des Infrastructures et le ministère mon rôle est de promouvoir auprès des investisseurs nationaux et internationaux et des Institutions de financement les opportunités à développer ce projet avec nous.
