Tideway – Victoria Embankment, Falconbrook and Boats and Vessel Relocation Senior Commercial Manager (NEC 3 Option C) on a number of worksites on the Tideway Project. Tideway is the construction of a new super sewer in central London. This project has given me tunnelling experience and marine experience. Responsible for the administration of the contract, managing contractual disputes, issuing instructions and valuing change.

Infrastructure Alliance Commercial Support - Thames Water I worked with the TW Infrastructure alliance commercial management team to manage the procurement of sub contract packages, implementing incentive mechanisms and reviewing Contract documentation. A self-starter role that required me to work remotely and independently, I was responsible for developing a plan and approach to the client’s problems and for communicating and mobilising teams to deliver against the plan. Jeddah Industrial Cities O&M Concession - Saudi Industrial Property Authority I re-wrote the clients’ incentivisation document in relation to a 25year O&M concession for two industrial cities in Jeddah, to ensure that it was fit for purpose. The role was challenging and required strong communication and understanding of different cultures to successfully manage the relationship and engage with a broad range of international stakeholders. Thames Tideway Tunnel Vendors Due Diligence (TDD) - Thames Water, Circa £4billion I acted as Project Manager to lead and coordinate a commission using 50+ strong international team to deliver the TDD report for the sale of TTT Co to a new investor. I used my strong facilitation leadership skills to bringing multiple stakeholders from various backgrounds to achieve the defined outcome. The work on the project recently won the UK leadership team award for best Synergy Collaboration Project. Further to this we recently won the Management Consultancy Award for Risk and Finance Management.

During my time at EC Harris, i have gained valuable experience including providing cost planning, developing procurement options, tendering advice and contractor selection analysis. Post contract duties include cost management, financial reporting, value management and final account negotiation. My construction experience includes new build and refurbishment works in health, commercial property and retail sectors. This experience has also seen me contribute towards maximising our client’s asset performance by ensuring schemes are equipped with the necessary controls to facilitate financially robust construction projects. During my time here i have works on on a 30,000ft² shell and core office project with CAT A refurbishment of a listed building. Managing the project from tender stage to drive a conclusion to the contractor selection process and mobilise the contract. I was also responsible for formulating the contract documents along with managing cost of the project on a daily basis, carrying out all os the Valuations along with managing the change control requests. I also worked in the residential team undertaking cost models and giving advice on a number of redevelopments. I am also managed the supply chain agreement for 5000 residential units which are due to hit the market in the next two years. Prior to this my main body of experience was managing and providing commercial advice on the HSBC 2011/2012 Framework which delivered branch refurbishments on stores which needed to be brought upto current concept.

I was involved in all aspects of the business. I helped to produced a number of detailed cost plans and carried out tender evaluations. I also undertook a number of value engineering exercises.
