Project Manager responsibilities include developing new medical devices for the Acute Care Consumable division. Leading a cross-functional team through a stage and gate development process, through design controls, launch, and post-market surveillance.

• Specified type of Roll Doctor - material, location, fit, and controls for given application. • Provided AutoCAD layout drawings to communicate proposed solutions to customers. • Prepared cost estimates and formal quotation letters. • Understood the customers’ needs specifically for Roll Doctors in the Forming, Press, and Dryer sections. • Provided technical specifications for Paper Machinery. • Maintained a technical database with the most current engineering standards, up to date pricing, and accurate information for Roll Doctors. • Traveled to paper mills to collect data, take measurements, and discuss scope.
