Sometimes that means fixing systems, sometimes it’s listening when no one else does, and often it’s finding a better way to do something that’s always been done “that way.” I’ve led big transitions like HRIS migrations, compensation redesigns, and performance management overhauls — always with a focus on fairness, clarity, and culture. I care about making policies make sense, and helping organizations grow without losing their humanity. I want people to feel seen, supported, and proud of where they work — because that’s when the real magic happens.
