I am a studied Bioprocess Engineer, coming from R&D, thus with strong ability to work structured and persistent on details and challenges. At Ohly I am in the core of operations leading the fermentation to produce the material for the extraction. Curiousity and understanding are my drivers as well as building trust towards my team and coworkers all over Ohly. I thrive for the cultural change to come as well as the journey ahead. Lately, I joined the Local Leadership Team, an agile comittee that is responsible for the Hamburg site. Here I contribute the knowledge of the production angle into the overall business of our production site.
